the  chair is the most advanced piece of pilates equipment, so  this class does it all. challenge your cardio, balance, upper and lower body strength, and core control throughout this 50-minute pilates workout.  this class will create long, lean muscles, improve flexibility and increase core strength.  your body will get a complete workout from head to toe!

mat pilates

beginner:  this 55-minute class involves a series of classical pilates exercises performed on a mat without equipment. each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. instructors will pay special attention to alignment and form. intermediate and advanced: includes foam rollers, therabands, weighted balls, the pilates ring, and more.  these props may be used to add challenge or assistance throughout the class. whether you’re a beginner or expert practitioner, this mat workout will strengthen the core, tone the hips and thighs, and flatten the abs. after mastering the basic repertoire in beginner mat classes, you can challenge yourself with the quicker-paced intermediate or advanced options.

barre

this class is uses a ballet barre as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training  and holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles. combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

the most effective way to focus on your own unique needs. maximize your time working on strength,
injuries, or chronic issues. Increase your understanding of the various Pilates concepts and movements, while teaching you how to apply them to your body and your other activities.
